| AGAT Expansions in Canada |
|
| |
|
Thanks to the dedication of our clients and the growing demand for environmental analysis, AGAT Laboratories Ltd. is expanding its environmental facilities throughout Canada. We have recently doubled our lab capacity in Alberta and Ontario and began 2006 with an ambitious expansion plan to develop the company presence from coast to coast by the end of the fourth quarter. Most notably, recent acquisitions of environmental facilities in Grande Prairie, Montreal and Halifax have our staff and clients alike looking forward to future opportunities presented by the new AGAT locations. back to top

| Montreal |
|
As of July 1 of this year, AGAT met a long-term objective to become a truly national company by acquiring a 20,000 sq. ft. space in Montreal as part of our Canadian expansion. AGAT is incredibly excited about this expansion as it affords us the opportunity to provide our quality service to a new market.
The Montreal location is in the final stages of development, as we look forward to offering a full-service, one-stop environmental laboratory. Bilingual requirements have been completed, as well as our website, operating procedures and reports. As with the all AGAT facilities, new state-of-the-art instrumentation has been ordered and all organic and inorganic environmental analysis will be offered to satisfy our clients needs. |

The process of hiring laboratory staff, quality control personnel and business development representatives has already begun. Most of the lab is set-up and we are just waiting for the arrival and installation of the benching. Work on Accreditation with the Quebec government has already begun and is expected to be completed by January 2007. We are in contact with the representatives of the Quebec Ministry of the Environment who have offered AGAT their full support and expressed extreme interest in our decision to expand and invest in Quebec. back to top

An 8,500 sq. ft. building was acquired in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia on September 1 of this year. The office set-up has already been completed and we are in the process of hiring business development representatives. The layout of the lab has been established and we are anticipating that the lab will be set-up and we will be ready for accreditation by the end of the year.
Our new facility will house both organics and inorganic testing capabilities . Many of AGAT's existing oil and gas clients have wanted AGAT to set-up representation on the East Coast for many years, and we look forward to strong support from these clients . Every effort will be made to make full use of this new facility and to expand its Tribology and Air Monitoring services throughout the Maritimes. Last but not least, while this new operation will significantly extend our environmental services across the country, it also makes AGAT the most diversified national lab in Canada. Having positioned offices from coast-to-coast, AGAT has significantly improved and increased the services we offer to clients requiring coast-to-coast lab coverage. back to top

Experience & Commitment |
|
The experience and commitment acquired through our present operations has provided us with a wealth of knowledge, which has enabled us to expand our technical services throughout Canada. These new environmental facilities offer many opportunities for clients and staff alike. AGAT’s mission statement ‘In the Pursuit of Excellence’ has enabled the company to achieve a unique status within the industry with our talented and dedicated staff, state-of-the-laboratories, electronic reporting and web-services. Our electronic reporting capabilities and online interactive web database are the best in the industry. AGAT Laboratories reports are available in both PDF and EXCEL formats.
Our environmental reporting system ensures that no transcription errors occur when reporting data in both formats. The EXCEL document is fully editable and the non-editable PDF file acts as an official AGAT document and includes managerial signatures. AGAT laboratories have also developed an interactive web database for environmental clients called WebEarth. Reports are transferred to WebEarth as soon as they are signed by our managerial staff and are available for clients to view. Clients have the ability to search and select data, extrapolate information, compile reports from the export function, plot comparison charts and compare guidelines to name few features of this program.
While never comprising on our dedication to excellent customer service and quality, we look forward to forming new relationships, and strengthening existing relationships with our clients. back to top
