AGAT Laboratories offers a full technical services department with representatives in each division. The Client Service Representatives offer you a key link to the laboratory. Utilizing a computer job tracking system, the Client Service Representative can inform the client of the status of their samples within a matter of minutes. The technical services department also uses a comprehensive database of client information. This database contains all of AGAT Laboratories customers, key contracts, and vital statistics (i.e. address, fax and telephone numbers). It is also home to current pricing agreements and special requests or instructions from the clients. The database is continuously updated by our team of Client Service Representatives.
