Job Summary:
Shifts are Saturday to Wednesday shifts with Thursday and Fridays off.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS degree in Chemistry or related analytical field
- 3 - 5 years of instrumentation experience in a (commercial) analytical laboratory.
- Experience with sample digestion and preparation methods (including but not limited to EPA, ASTM etc.)
- Familiarity with the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of ICP-OES and ICP-MS and/or IC and CVAA.
- Ability to validate equipment and interpret data.
- Experience with LIMS systems and quality control protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
