AGAT Laboratories’ Western Canada Headquarters, in Calgary, AB, is currently in search of a dynamic individual to join our Environmental Division Client Services Team.
- Has a University Degree/Diploma or Equivalent in Chemistry or a related Science;
- Has fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Is helpful, good natured and friendly;
- Has excellent computer knowledge and administrative/organizational skills.
- Can successfully deliver on multiple deadlines;
- Previous experience in an Environmental Laboratory or administrative position is an asset;
- Responsibilities Include:
- Backup administrative help to Project Managers;
- Answering technical questions for clients and strengthening their AGAT relationship;
- Liaison between other AGAT branches and labs;
- Invoicing files and preparing results for clients;
- Training will be available for the successful applicant.
