Reporting of Results
To supply our clients with the results of our analytical work, facsimile and email is commonly used to ensure that the results are obtained at the earliest time. The facsimile and/or email is immediately followed by an original report via mail with all quality and miscellaneous data.
Dedicated, Around-the-Clock Service
A vast majority of our customers prefer to contact technical personnel rather than leave a voicemail massage. Therefore, AGAT has technical personnel available 24 hours a day with on-call staff for each of our areas of expertise. If an individual is unavailable, another technician will be contacted or a callback time can be scheduled. This personal service has proven to be of great value to our clients in the field, clients in an emergency situation, international clients, or those clients working outside the traditional 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM standard |
