AGAT Laboratories utilizes E-commerce to transmit data related to our customized Well Data Management System (WDMS), including WebOasis, WebRock, WebFluid, WebAir, and WebEarth. These software packages allow our customers to update information, obtain the laboratory data and view historical trends of their analytical data.

Specialized features of these data management software programs to increase practicality, flexibility and ease of use include:

• User friendly programming that requires minimum computer skills and input,
• A graphics package that enables historical trending of data,
• Export feature that enables transfer of data to other programs,
• Instant on-line help, and
• Search features to identify a particular unit or a particular analysis.

WebRock provides instant access to core data graphical plots and core photographs. The data or photographs may be viewed on-screen, printed to obtain full-colour hard copies and exported to most application programs. WebRock can make this data available for export in structured ASCII, LAS and EUB formats. WebROCK's search capabilities allow the user to retrieve core data for a single location or a series of locations. This can be initiated by specifying the well name and/or location or grid area using the drop down selectors. The database includes core data for Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

WebFluids acts as a library of all analysis performed on gas, oil, water and condensate samples on our secure website. It allows for easy viewing of individual analysis, historical sample point reporting, databasing and other time saving features. Anomalies observed for any known sample point are highlighted in color codes making interpretation, monitoring and trending easy. Designed with the user in mind, the WebFLUIDS system is simple to use and maintain and developed in such a way as to be user friendly and easy to navigate. All analytical data is accessed by entering your assigned company code and secure password. In addition to these benefits, AGAT Laboratories has added the capability to meet the EUB Guide 52 data transfer requirement. AGAT Laboratories was the first laboratory to successfully transfer data to the EUB. With the implementation of EUB Guide 52, oil and gas companies are looking for easy, cost effective methods of meeting the new data capture requirement. AGAT Laboratories WebFLUIDS data management system was specifically designed for the electronic transfer of oil, gas, condensate and water test data by AGAT Laboratories. Through this enhanced data management system you can easily and effectively submit your analytical test data to AGAT Laboratories for submission to the EUB. WebFLUIDS automatically performs critical quality control checks, accepts input in user editable fields and formats your data into the EUB's required PAS data format.

WebOasis allows for the immediate receipt of lubrication oil analytical data via the Internet. Upon completion and quality review, the completed analysis data is available to the client for inclusion in a comprehensive database on our secure website. The program allows for the trending, archiving, viewing, exporting, charting and general handling of your data. Wear elements and other analytical parameters are automatically trended for a variety of sample points. The user can easily set up these points with static information for that point. Completed actions taken as a result of the analytical results can be recorded for permanent record with the sample point. The actions that are routinely taken can be entered for easy access using pull-down menus. The preventive maintenance manager has the advantage, when using this system, of having their data readily organized, viewable and managed within minutes of analytical completion. The user interface has been designed to be easy to use. This program allows the user to export the data to an ASCII file.

WebEarth (Environmental Analytical Reporting Trending and History) is the webbased reporting software for environmental analysis. This value added product is the result of extensive data user consultation. Results are available via the Internet on our secure website. Graphing and table features allow for enhanced viewing of trends at any sample point over time. All current regulatory information from applicable areas is available to the client as part of this System. All access is by company code and secure password.These programs enable us to efficiently advance information to and from our Laboratories, branch locations, international sites and most importantly our clients. All our Web software products have a built in communications feature which allows security protected web access by both our clients and our staff.
